The Barcelona's carbon heating panels produce EMF levels between 5-10MG at 2-3 inches from the panels — classified as "Low EMF" and well within international safety standards. FAR infrared wavelengths penetrate 1.5-2 inches into your body, heating you directly rather than heating the air around you. So Far, So Great!
The packaging was extraordinary. Very well packaged and arrived in mint condition. The sauna itself was easy to assemble, though the instruction manual could be organized a bit better. I've used this one time and it heated up to 130 degrees in about 20 minutes, and stayed stable at around 130 for the entire time I was in the sauna. The controls are relatively easy to figure out, and the Bluetooth connected seamlessly.
